Do not use the modified PARAM.SFO file, it's unnecessary. Instead, download the EBOOT.BIN file from the EUR release, which only requires firmware 3.42 - Multiupload.com - upload your files to multiple file hosting sites!.

Replace the EBOOT.BIN from this release with the one from that link. Then, rename the movie files to not include "_US" in them. e.g. "staffroll_bad_US_movie.m2v" should be "staffroll_bad_movie.m2v".



After you do this, load the game with the latest Gaia Manager v1.03.1. Do not use Direct Boot. When you try to run the game, it will tell you the game requires firmware 3.50, and will ask if you want to force 3.41. Select yes, and run the game from XMB. Success!

FAQ!!!

Q: I ran the game and it got past the Dimps logo and went to a black screen.
A: Rename the movie files like I said! Remove "_US" from the file names.

Q: I ran the game and it's asking me if I want to update to firmware 3.50.
A: Use the latest Gaia Manager and tell it to force 3.41 firmware.

Q: I ran the game and nothing happened, just a black screen.
A: You modified the PARAM.SFO but didn't replace the EBOOT.BIN. Don't touch the SFO, and use the EBOOT.BIN from the link above.
